Navigating Jealousy
The urgency of this workshop has allowed different formats: online, on festivals, on workshop rooms, and as seminars that take place once a month with a fix group to create more trust and depth.
Love takes countless forms, just as the jealousy that may emerge within. Together we desconstruct the complexity of this emotion and the stigma or shame attached to it.
We also find practical tools to identify triggers, communicate effectively and cultivate a sense of security. Let's set sail towards healthier and harmonious connections to smoothly navigate the unpredictable seas of interpersonal relationships with utmost care, profound respect, and the freedom to express ourselves authentically.

(Every) Body Appreciation
Most of us could appreciate our bodies a bit more than we actually do. But there is also certain pressure in this trendy tendency of "we have to radically love ourselves".
What if we just don’t feel it? It’s also OK to just grow into acceptance. But as love is not only something that just happens spontanously & remains forever, we can always try to actively practice it.
We can see the “loving our body” as an action, and going to this workshop it’s a big one to feel proud of.
It’s an invitation to integrate all of these parts that we have been neglecting for too long, and shift these perspectives. We will start with creating a safe container through opening exercises and trust building experiences before we move to the main part of the gathering - praise & celebrate everyBody’s own beauty.

Flirting with your Fantasies
The play nature of fantasies is key. That’s what allow us to hold the discomfort, shame or confusion that sometimes come with them. And this is what we want to explore — playfully — in this workshop: 💫 A space where you don’t have to define or explain anything. You just get to play.
We won’t ask “Is this true about you?”
We’ll ask: “What if we played with this imagination?”
Nothing has to make sense. Nothing has to be personal — unless you want it to be.
All our games are thoughtfully designed to evoke fantasies through external prompts, so there’s no pressure, no exposure, just curiosity, creativity, and fun.

How to talk about Fantasies with your partner(s)
Ever had a fantasy you’d love to share—but didn’t know how or kinda wish your partner could read your mind instead? 😅 You’re not weird; you’re human. Even in “liberal” cultures, many people describe shame, embarrassment, or guilt about revealing what really turns them on, or seeking s*ual comfort and satisfaction.
“S*ual liberation must mean freedom to enjoy s* on our terms, to say what we want, not what we are pressured or believe we are expected to want. One thing is for sure: s*ual fantasy continues to play a vital and healthy role in our lives as women and genderqueer people. And all of us have the power to say —and get— what we really, really WANT.” (Anderson & Nadel, Want).
Remember: fantasies aren’t confessions; they’re invitations to imagination, and can help crystallize our wants and needs. Here’s a mini guide (based on clinical s* therapy tips) to help open the conversation respectfully.

Sexuality & Creation
Our ability to create puts us in a state of excitement,
it makes us imagine new possibilities and combinations, it makes us feel vital and energetic.
Creating is something transformative that has a lot to do with sexuality.
In sexuality we also create.
