I really loved the workshop with Alex :)
She is great at creating a warm friendly atmosphere for everyone to lean in, be vulnerable and learn in a safe way. I especially loved these little workbooks that she brought for each of us. These are filled with questions and knoweldge in order to explore our jealousy. It was like taking a journey within myself, reflecting and discovering what triggers me, where it comes from and how I can learn to shift these emotions towards self-empowerment and connection with my partner.A concept that particularly stood out for me was her framework on the „colours of jealousy“: a system we can use with my partner to rate the behaviours that might trigger us or are totally ok, essential to move together in our non-monogamous journey. I highly recommend any of Alex’s workshops, go blindly, you won’t regret it!

With Alex, I felt safe to speak openly, without judgment, about my sexism and need for control, to start transforming them through my personal history and culture. I became more honest about my jealousy and insecurities, and better at setting healthy boundaries with my partner.
Alex listens deeply, she is warm and firm when it’s needed, offering tools that guide the process in a compassionate, rebellious, and responsible way.
She helped me recognize my patterns and move beyond them. While some tensions remain, I now navigate them with more awareness and care… nurturing, creating, and protecting a beautiful love that keeps evolving, making us both more mature and more childlike in its unfolding.

The jealousy seminars helped me to understand conditioning, triggers and coping strategies. To share these insights and recognise them in myself and others. Similarities and differences. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to come to terms with and learn to manage this emotion. I’d recommend it to help us avoid labelling and identifying ourselves pejoratively as ‘jealous people’, and to realise that it can be a great tool for getting to know ourselves, exploring and delving deeper into our strengths as well as our vulnerabilities.I loved it – far more than I’d expected. It’s a shame it’s over; I highly recommend it because it approaches a sensitive topic from the perspective of different people and experiences, provides tools to deal with jealousy in a different way, and encourages attendance and completion of tasks (I’m usually so bad at tasks). Alex’s approach was excellent and the group was brilliant!

I attended Alex’s workshop on jealousy about two years ago, and I still use the tools I learned there to this day.
The workshop helped me understand myself more deeply and navigate my non-monogamous relationship with a greater sense of security, awareness, and respect for boundaries.
Alex is a wise, sensitive, and well-prepared professional. She helped me stop judging and labeling myself as an insecure person, and instead better understand my own needs, desires, and relationship dynamics with my partner.

About the online jealousy seminars:
Very useful, excellent methodology and great attention to detail. It could have been stretched over more sessions – perhaps 6 or 8. An in-person course would, of course, be even more effective.

I’m happy to recommend Alex's jealousy workshop. It was presented very clearly and well-structured, making a complex topic genuinely easy to follow. The material is grounded in the scientific psychology literature, which made the guidance credible. And the exercises were playful in a way that makes the concepts actionable. If you're looking for a workshop that helps make sense of jealousy, this is a great place to start!
